Returns & exchanges

It's important to us that you are pleased with your purchase. We offer a 30 day return and exchange policy. The goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging, meaning they have not been used. You have the right to open the package in order to check the product and ensure it works as it should. If these terms aren't met, you will be charged an administrative fee of 300 SEK.

How to make an exchange

  1. Contact us at kundtjanst@leila.se  or call us on +46 (0)8-667 61 27 so we can reserve the replacement item for you. 
  2. Send back the item together with a copy of your order confirmation and a filled out return form (see above). Be sure to pack the item that you are exchanging securely (you can use the packaging protection which the item came in) so they can't be damaged during transportion. If the item are damaged you will be charged a fee of 300 SEK.
  3. When we have received the item and approved the exchange we will send you the replacement.

  3. When we have received the item and approved the return we will repay the amount to your card. 

Faulty or damaged goods

We guarantee that the goods we supply are free of defects when being sent. Complaints will be handled according to Swedish consumer protection law (Konsumentköplagen). 

  1. Contact us at kundtjanst@leila.se  or call us on +46 (0)8-667 61 27 as soon as you discover the problem.
  2. Send back the item together with a copy of your order confirmation and a filled out return form (see above)
  3. When we have received the item and approved the complaint we will send you the replacement item or repay the amount to your card.

Please note! All transportation damages must be claimed within 7 days.

Guarantee

We offer one year’s guarantee for manufacturing faults on all of our products. If a different guarantee period applies from the original manufacturer then that is the one to follow.
