Round tart tin, 26 cm
A large, deep tart tin with a removable base that I use all the time for my berry and fruit tarts and cheesecakes. The pictures show it in action with my Sardinian Fig Pie and my French Royal Pie. You can find both recipes in my book, A piece of cake. It’s easy to lift out the pie or tart thanks to the removable base.
