Long, thin tart tin
This handsome, letterbox-shaped tart tin with its removable base has been used over and over again in my cookbooks. It works brilliantly for all sorts of flans, quiches, or tarts. It also looks great with asparagus quiche or rhubarb pie. It’s easy to lift out the pie or tart thanks to the removable base.
