Rectangular tart tin
I love this particular rectangular tart tin and have used it umpteen times in my books and TV programmes. I’ve also used it for my famous Flag Pies, like the Stars and Stripes Pie from my book One more slice. It’s easy to lift out the pie or tart thanks to the removable base.
