Round tart tin, 28 cm
This is a broad tart tin with a removable base. It’s suitable for all sorts of savoury and sweet tarts. I use mine regularly for Bakewell tarts, apple and other fruit pies, crumbles, and my yummy Granny’s Crispy Blueberry Pie. It’s easy to lift out the pie or tart thanks to the removable base.
