Baking tins
My baking tins are made in France to the highest standards. They have a loose base and you can find all the different shapes and sizes that I’ve used in my TV programmes and books over the years. Remember to wash up and dry these tins by hand as soon as you’ve finished using them, and never cut with a knife straight onto the base—take the pie or cake off first. These are kitchen classics, and if you treat them lovingly they’ll serve you faithfully for many, many years.
